Message to Specials Pharma Patients (Email sent 25.1.22) Dear Patient Let me first apologise for the delays that some of you may be experiencing. These delays have been caused by a UK supply chain issue. This was originally caused by quality issues of some products that led to them being withdrawn. The knock on effect affected the supply chain such that there are few dry flower stocks available. (see below). Thus leading to prescription re-writes and re-orders needless to say all of which is time consuming. The good news is that we believe that this problem will improve by mid to late February with new stock (and new products) entering the UK supply chain The situation thus far on Tuesday morning as far as we are able to ascertain is Noidecs - Out of stock on 16 products there is only Noidecs Sativa 10:10 Dry Flower in stock Aurora - Aurora Indica 20-1, Pedanios 20-1 and Pedanios 22-1 in stock Tilray - Only Tilray Indica 18-1 Dry Flower is available Khiron - Khiron 20-1 Indica is in stock but is taking 2 to 3 days to obtain Satoline - Only Satoline 15-18% Dry Flower in stock but is taking 2 to 3 days to obtain Adven - Adven Flos 20-1 Hybrid Dry Flower is in stock Spectrum - Spectrum Red 4 (21% THC Indica) is available All NGC Product are out of stock Others such as Lumir, Adven, Columbia Care, Althea, LGP and Grow Pharma (These are Oils or capsules) are in the main available in a variety of strengths This situation is very fluid and whilst timelines have been offered stock levels changing and products coming in and out of stock very quickly. In fact this list will probably be wrong by the end of the week. Please ensure that you order earlier then usual. We can then dispense when you want us to.
